What will your responsibilities be?
You will be part of the Sales department with colleagues all over the world. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager Middle East. As technical Account Manager Middle East, you are based in Jordan and you are Koudijs’ face in the region. Your main responsibility is to develop and grow sustainable relationships with (existing) clients. Support poultry farms with technical advices, identify and pursuit new opportunities with the aim to grow our market share and to grow clients profitability within the assigned area. By collecting and analyzing market data like developments and trends and through your vast understanding of the business dynamics in the region, you will develop in strong corporation with your colleagues and execute commercial plans. You will increase our footprint in the region significantly. In this role we expect you to travel at least 25% of your time. In the beginning the focus will mainly be on Jordan and in the upcoming years you will also focus on other Middle Eastern countries.
What do we expect from you?
You have at least a relevant bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine, Agriculture Engineering or Animal production science. It is important to have experience in technical support of poultry farms. People describe you as a technical advisor with commercial talent who is proactive and focused on results. You are a self-starter, able to work independent, entrepreneurial and focused on developing long-term relationships with customers.
